you may be missing some updates or you may have a virus, try downloading latest windows updates from microsoft, program updates as well as some maintenance programs from filehippo.com

what happens when u press those??
First,
in the wmp window -- u will see in right corner minimize maximize and close. Click on the maximize button and then u will see the toolbar above it.
You have two options ::
under the view tab click on view and u can click on full mode and/or at the bottom shld be video size:: click 200% and also the first two tabs(fit video to ... and fit video to..). I have all these clicked.
hope this helps if not... uninstall and install again wmp, sumtimes there are probs with downloading.

log into www.microsoft.com right now and you will find a link to download the latest version of WMP (11) staring at you in the face.
Make sure you remove the present player before installing the new one.

Then just uninstall it and re install and if you cannot uninstall it remove it from program files and if that doesnt work then just get some other nice players.

why do you have wmp anyways?!? that sux!! you can download itunes or something for free!!
