warm up a glass of milk and go read a book because then youll get really tired.
and then, if you still cant sleep then go into ur favourite position and count sheeps or something.. it actually works.
or maybe your having stress so i recommend you to change your matress or pillow or go do like yoga or have a hot bath =]

I had insomnia once for several weeks. I went to the doc and he prescribed me some sleeping pills. They worked like a dream.
