check with your state. Type in State of California and they should have a link for small business. I believe you can. There are regulations that you need follow, apply for a business license, tax ID and that kind of stuffs. Then I would apply to patent my idea before I go public with trying to sell it so no one else can duplicate it. Get adult backing with your project too, relatives, bankers, teachers etc.. not the idea persay just the project..this way if you need adult signature, you have them. California rocks, good luck and I hope you make a fortune.

You can't begin a trade at your age, why no longer speak in your mother and father approximately it they could also be competent to aid you if you're inclined to do the paintings, whilst you get slightly older, I wager you might make a heck of a well veterinarian, each little factor you do in existence can change into anything plenty better if you happen to observe your goals at your younger age. If you put your brain to it not anything can quit you. Research your subject, and spot if there's a name for that sort of activity. Start out small and construct it up. The authorized disorders might be if any individual bought bit or scratched via a cat or puppy. the agreement might contain the landlord signing to assurance cost of offerings you're rendering. Now all you ought to do is discover a character of age to take at the authorized technicalities, making definite the money earned is to be installed a financial institution account for you, minus a rate for consultant, relying on wherein you reside and the legislation of the state concerned. unfortunatly,
for almost any business idea you need to be 18, or older.. and unfortunatly you have to establish a good credit rating for yourself.. any business endeavor requires you to have good credit at some point or another.. it takes time, but if you start now learning how to manage your money and time.. and when you are 18 begin being responsable paying bills and establish yourself a good credit rating.. you can be 23 or 25 and have yourself a good running business..
try contacting local business owners and ask to sit down with them and talk about what was involved in their business.
any of us older business owners would be happy to help a young person with the kind of drive you have.
high five! good to see a young person, future business owner with goals and asperations! start now and youll have your business successfull by the time your in your early 20's

All legal documents will have to be signed or co-signed by one or the other of your parents until you reach (in most states) 18. The same set of rules that puts "kids" in juvenile court keeps you from making legal commitments until you are legally adult.

In most states you have to be at least 18 to sign any kind of contracts, so I think you will run into a lot of problems. Unless you have an adult who is willing to act for you.
