Do think that the person smuggling in extacy in mr potatoe head toys should recieve a jail term?
Personally I think he should be harshly dealt with, By that I mean what would happen if by some twist of fate one of those toy accidentally got to a child who swallowed the pills...

Yep, if drug laws and sentences were tougher there would be a lot less smuggling of drugs. Make them as harsh as possible as a deterrent, otherwise it will just get worse. Seen the damage "recreational" drugs can do too many times with such bad results.

Yes they will go to jail if they are caught like all those drug smugglers but the trouble is its not long enough!!!
