Haha yeah i did once but it was force of habbit and i didnt realise who i was saying it to, but he was like aww. i love you to babe jk around and it was done and over with we are now great friends and are going on our first date this sat.

I sang love songs to strangers, and even declared strangers my new best friend based on their clothes, but I don't think I've ever told them "I Love You".

yeah,why not and i still remember his reaction he was shy and blush. I using almost 6 languages to tell him that i love him. Now, he was my special friend and we still contact. Remember, forget the negative thought just go with the flow and please..don't you put a high expection to it. Just do it and you won't regret ! After all, we only lived once, just do it baby !!

well, I think the problem with that is with the English language. We can say we like something, sure; to to express the fact that you really, really, really like something, we use love. We just have one word for love. I love turkey sandwiches. I love being kissed. I love my husband of 30 years. Other languages have several different words that all mean love that differentiate between liking something, loving something, adoracion, and erotic love.
So when people strangers told me they love me, it's not that they were lying. They don't love me like my parents love me; but maybe for a brief period of time, they saw something in me they genuinely liked, was attracted to, and want to let me know that I'm special to them.

Offcourse yes, and you can do that as well but it requires love at first sight and courge to expess and convey to your beloved
