You should check with your local police department about that, or an attorney. It may not be considered stalking but there may be other laws to cover that, slander perhaps.

This is a violation of your privacy, and you can file suit and request a restraining order to prevent him from doing that. Though no, it is not stalking, unless he is following you with said copies and posting them in areas you either work or live in.

No, it's not stalking. It might fall under defamation or slander.
