I rigidly adhere to a vigorous exercise program wherein every six months or so, I visit my cardiologist and get on their thread mill - WHOA! - Now that's an exercise program! Plus, I walk our dogs every day.

Someone just showed me a great move. That is to bring one foot up & touch your toe to your opposite fingers. When I do this about 20'xs twice a day it really gets my heart pumping! Since I'm so out of shape, I expect to increase the reps as soon as I'm able.
