The Arroyos control the Judiciary, the Legislature, the Armed Forces and the National Police. Thus, nobody is successful in impeaching the President or filing a case against her husband. Power and money talks.

Well, if you really think so, so why don't you file a case in the court than asking questions here in YA?
You must have evidences and witnesses.
As a responsible citizen, we should not make allegations like that. It is for the courts to decide( if you've filed a case).
It is unlawful for us to think of the President as guilty, bcoz the Constitution guarantees everyone are innocent inless proven gulity in a court.
If you reall want to reform this nation, then plan your rise to power. If you want it small time, then buy locally made products.

The USA had this in our last Presidential administration and they got away with it by haveing a media who protected them as well as those who wouldn't believe they were guilty of such things. Still don't! Now the wife is running for president, how blind do people get?
