My idea is to make them have to answer all the "Why is my Husband cheating on me" questions ever posted here.

I think a fitting punishment would be to force them to sit all day, watching GWB give speeches ALL day, mispronouncing words and using ALL of his innappropraite non-grammatical errors and alliterations. I think by the 25,000th "Nucular" they'd be ready to return to their jobs with a brand new attitude.
