Depending on the brand, it should be built-in to your router OR read the router Manual.

Or both.

No router? Google for: network tutorial

You want to learn, what, about Networking?
Are you going for certification?
Or, are you looking for info to help you setup networking at your home?

When I took MCSE certification classes, I found there were alot of sites that gave practice-tests to prepare me for the certification exams.

If you just wanna learn basic networking, then go to www.microsoft.com
Pretty good info from them, and depending on the level of info you want/need, microsoft keeps alot of their articles free of tech-speak, so you don't already have to be a computer expert to read their stuff.
Other sites I find helpful for self-learning:
www.cnet.com
www.smartcomputing.com
and a bunch more; just look at the names of computer magazines in bookstores and drugstores.
