Please suggest me some universities which offers supplement courses for foreigners to fulfill the requirements for becoming a pharmacist

You can get a M.Pharm degree in India.
In the U.S., you'll need the PharmD. There are a handful of accelerated programs for foreigners. However, they give priority to permanent residents. Most of the regular pharmacy programs do not accept foreigners.
