Honestly these were all a little out there for me, but they are the ones you have chosen, so i respect that i am sure that they must have some sentimental values!! :) so i will tell you what i like about each of them.
Phoneix~ I love the fact that this is a bird and this name is symbolic because the phonenix is the bird that rises from its own ashes ~~~aka, symbolizing a strong person!! i love that about this name!! Shadow~~ being somewhat mysterious
Akira~sounds egyptian!! like it!!! Ravyn~like the bird beautiful and sleek~you are really into birds??~ jk, sorry to offend, but i do like.
Adromeda Yolie.......sorry but i hate this. It sounds like someone put oat meal in their mouth and said "Angelina Jolie"
Milia~ pretty and different Roswell~ same, pretty and differnt but i am not sure how well they go together
Tayliana~different, i like by itsself Romy~ love this

Akira would be all right - if you're Japanese. It looks a bit like Akita. No dog references.
The bizarre collection of y's and the random nouns masquerading as names look plucked from Dungeons and Dragons.
I say, find something that doesn't remind me of a character from a Star Trek convention.

Akira...only if she is a Japanese MAN. (yep, it's a man's name.)
Andromeda...as in the Andromeda strain, or the galaxy? Nah.
Milia? That is the name of a whitish baby acne. Don't even think about it.
Tayliana? Oh my goodness. NO.
However, looking at her bro & sis names, I would suppose all the above would fit right in. Pick whichever you like..it sounds like my opinion won't change your mind anyway.

that's all i have to say.
sorry to be mean but i can't pronounce half of those names and neither will the child's poor teachers! But judging by the names of your other children, any of those would work, oddly enough.
