they need to hear it even though it is not the kind of romantic love they are looking for. Would staying in a relationship based on trying to be kind and caring to the other person, because they need it be as unfulfilling for them as it is yourself and perhaps keep them from meeting someone who would have romantic feelings for them? Makes one wonder if they have been living a lie like forever huh. But then marriage because you don't want to hurt someones feelings...what is that? Mmm

I lived a lie for 10 years- married to somebody that I didn't truly love- but, he was a good guy- people shouldn't get married just because they are a good guy- true love must really exist.
i would have been better off leaving a long time ago- so he could have moved on and met somebody that truly loved him.

very hard question,
what is love, your idea and mine may be different. the is different types of love for every single person out there, love doesn't seem to be static every day you may love someone more or less, depending a million different factors.
great question wish I had the answer. I mean does romantic love last forever or after 30 years it turns into friendship love,
I don't know i just try to be happy and not hurt other people in the process. cheers

I swear I JUST asked something similar, but I wasn't able to clearly explain this part of my feelings.
I think there are different kinds of love. Love for a child, for a friend, for a spouse, for a lover. Many different kinds of love. I think that the wisest option is to communicate the TYPE of love to the person, and let them make their own decision about whether or not it's something they need in their life.
It is a tough call...

I "WOLONGQLKM" personally don't care how many different types of love there are. The only love should and will be accepted in my perceptive in the perception of love is both parties shall and must be 100% of their feelings towards each other under any circumstances, Willingness to go through hardships without any contradicts to oneself thus lead to no ifs. BUT I GUESSED MY DEFINITION OF LOVE ONLY WORK IN THEORY THAT WHY I AM STILL SINGLE. HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!! WHEN YOU LIVE IN AMERICA YOU DO NEED MONEY TO HAVE LOVE OR IF ONE OF THE OTHER PARTY CAN'T WITHSTAND EVERYDAY LIFE MISHAPS. YOUR LOVE IS DOOMED. MOST PEOPLE CANT RESIST TEMPTATIONS, LEAD TO BREAKUPS, SEPARATIONS AND DIVORCES IF ALL STATISTICS SHOWN ARE TRUE ABOUT DIVORCE AND ALL....HAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!
