A lot of airlines won't allow a women to fly who is in her third trimester, because the travel can cause added stress which might induce an early labor, and also because expectant dates aren't always correct, so its to cover themselves and to make sure that both mother and child will be safe.

I wouldn't suggest it as you may run into a number of medical problems while abroad and the U.S. has the best medical care in the world. However, this is also fun you could have with your family. If you're willing to take the risks then go for it but I'd suggest you pass on the trip.

maximum physicians cautioned no flying after 36 weeks... in case you're formerly this time then (as long as you're having an easy being pregnant- that's going to be secure to fly). purely attempt to get an aisle seat so which you would be able to stretch out your legs greater and function much less complicated get entry to to the restrooms... additionally purely verify you upward thrust up and walk around a splash or flex your ankles as much as obtainable (walk each hour if obtainable). surely examine including your physician formerly you do bypass... yet like i stated, once you're having an easy being pregnant you will maximum probable settle for the bypass forward to holiday. congrats on the being pregnant... good success

I don't think an airline will let a pregnant woman fly after 32 weeks because of the air pressure - I think the air pressure can cause early labor. The risks sound quite high. Why not stay at home and get the house set up for your exciting new bub? :D

No! Consult your doctor, but I really think it is not ok for you to travel at this point. It is a lot of stress, and after 8 months you can give birth at any time.

I'm sorry to say but any good doctor would tell you that it is not okay to fly that late in the pregnancy for even 3 hours and especially not 16-20 hours. Good luck with that baby though.

Nope. Sched it for when the baby is at least 3-5 months.

I don't think you're even allowed on the plane...

Plus what if it comes early? You really want it born in a place where no doctors can necessarily speak English?

I would not risk it.
