It is a satellite notebook with a blue top. The area around the keypad is silver, but the keypad itself is black. It has Harmon Kardon speakers and cost about $2500 Australian. I bought it in mid-2005, but have misplaced the paperwork. If anyone can help that would be great. Thanks!

If you don't have stickers on the bottom of the computer to look at, do the following:

--Click on Run.
--In the text box, type in "dxdiag" (omit the quotes)

This should give you a list of various characteristics of your computer, including the model number.

go to the link below,it is a picture of what i believe you have. it was only available in asia and europe i believe it is a Toshiba Satellite A80 produced around september 2005.hope this helps.

Goto the toshiba website here:

Select the portables link and look at the photos. You may onthe bottom of your laptop have a model number there.

its a Toshiba Satellite series..

if i remember correctly, i had the same model (per your description of color) bought for our company.. its Toshiba Satellite A10. i just forgot what particular series is that.. my guess is S432.

to check, look at the bottom of your laptop.

Flip it over and look at the stickers on the bottom. The model# should be on a bar code.

Took on the underside, there should be a sticker with the Model number on it.
