Not smarter, but they would be healthier.
Human milk is made for humans (babies or otherwise) so it would be closer to what's natural for us, even if it's not what we'd normally expect.
Breastmilk helps with brain development, so technically, by the time we're 18 or so, and our brains are fully developed, we've either had the benefits from breastmilk by then... or not.
Hope this helps~
Here's a link to a page on brain development and breastfeeding:

Breastmilk contains the ideal ratio of fats, amino acids and other nutrients that baby needs for brain and nervous system development. These ingredients provide the ideal basis for the "hard-wiring" component of a person's intelligence.

I additionally question the validity of the question. even nevertheless, tens of millions of adults drink milk that comes from cows. needless to say, cow's milk is meant for infant cows, calves. even nevertheless, as a results of slick merchandising, maximum persons of our custom is confident that milk is healthful andthe purely way possible get food like calcium and protein. (nicely, people additionally think of that meat is the different purely source of protein, too.) God purely is familiar with how sparkling the cow's milk is (in spite of the further hormones in there so the cow can continuously produce milk), in spite of pasteurization, or the udders, or the care the cows are given. yet, people think of it is gross that grownup people could have an interest in ingesting milk this is meant for human infants. circulate discern. My breast milk is plenty purifier than the familiar cow's milk on the food market. at a similar time as my husband does drink cow's milk on social gathering, he does look in contract that we don't feed it to our daughter so she is prevented the countless extra hormones that would join the reason of early puberty. the only "acquaintances" episode i like is while the adult men are attempting to cajole the different to drink the breast milk. i stumble on it humorous, nevertheless not interior the way the writers' meant.

Actually, babies do get smarter. There is a direct correlation between duration of nursing and adult IQ. Lots of studies out there prove it.
However, since adult's brains are fully formed, they are unlikely to reap the benefits.
I should actually rephrase that: Babies are born with the capability of reaching a certain IQ. When you nurse a baby, they fully reach that capacity. When you use formula, or some other breastmilk substitute, babies brains don't develop to their full capacity.

We know why you asked.
But FYI, the brain is not fully finished with its development until the mid-20's.
And P.S., breastfeeding is not an ordeal, it's a beautiful natural thing between a mother and her BABY.

You sure need something to make you smarter and it's not breast milk. Maybe you should consider a brain transplant.
