A quick read of the site rings alarm bells here. They claim all DVDs they supply are REGION FREE ??? NO MAJOR publisher of DVDs releases major titles region free. I therefore have to say I would have strong reservations about buying from them. The other thing I'd be concerned about is lack of range of items.

Under the Sci-Fi category they list 6 (yes SIX) titles. Under childrens ONE.

Contact your credit card Co if you cannot get a HUMAN response to satisfy you. Report them as a potential fraud and request a charge back. Get ehm to flag the processor as handling payments for a scam site.

From other googling looks like they run a variety of front end websites and some of the discs (if you DO receive anything) come from TV RIPS.

For online buying, make sure it is a national retailer, or the company producing the item. Others may say get it cheaper, but beware. If you must, make sure there is a lock icon, indicating a secure connection, instead of http the address starts off https and by all means check out who owns the domain by using a whois lookup on any domain registration sites. If it looks questionable, or there is no information, beware. Also, look for mispellings, or an incomplete website. These are clear signs of a scam.

I also ordered a Bonanza set from this company at $199. Mine arrived on time, but they were a bunch of copied series with hazed picture quality, some missing episodes, and duplicate disks.
You should contact your credit card company or bank, and file a fraud report for a chargeback to your account. Also, cancel your credit card immediately, as they have been reported for taking additional funds from their customers accounts in excessive amounts. I had mine cancelled for this reason.
Rip-off Report.com allows customers to report companies with fraudulent practices, and you can help expose them by posting your experience to help others. Also the Federal Trade Commission will allow you to file a report so that they can investigate the company.
People should be aware that DVDCollections.tv does make unprofessional t.v. series sets, and they are not the genuine quality sets that people think they are. Some people, like you, have unfortunately not even received their merchandise.
People considering purchasing from them should be very aware. Do your research!!
