Firstly, Harrison, Sanders and Addai aren't definitely out, they are questionable. The final call hasn't been made, if they practice Friday, they'll play Sunday. Second, Addai is a bigger deal than Harrison but Sanders is the biggest deal of the three. Between Wayne, Clark, and Gonzalez the Colts will be fine for receivers. And that is only the first layer of backups that can catch the ball. Keith looked good last week after Addai was out. There are two other inexperienced RB on the roster, so that gives the Colts something to work with in the running game. The big question mark is will Giordano play well in Sanders' place? He's looking decent this year but last year he was obviously awful. That could be a tough one to overcome.
But I still think the Colts will win. They are at home which is always an advantage and I think they have a better roster depth to overcome injuries than TB.

Man dont listen to these people... The Bucs ran for 170 yards in Carolina last week... Yes Cadillac got injured, but he only ran 6 times for 40 yards... Earnest Graham and Michael Pittman did the rest.... Carolina missing Jake Delhommo and Dan Morgan is not an excuse for them to get their asses kicked.. I went to the game.. And the crowd was silent after the 1st half.... Oh yeah, they did cheer with the last second touchdown... Anyways, Indianapolis has scored i believe 130 Pts this season already giving up 84 or something like that... On the other hand, Tampa Bay has scored around 80, and has given up 45..... It will be a great game, dont get me wrong, but the colts Defense wont step it up.... Peyton Manning will be forced to throw down the field the whole game, which he does well, but I can guarantee a mistake.... I call Tampa Bay by 6 points.... 17-23

Indy big time. First Cadillac Williams is out. Second the game is at Indianapolis. Those fans will yell and scream so loud the Bucs will have no chance calling plays. Indy has too many weapons. Take the Colts and rest easy

The Colts. The Bucs' "Cadillac" Williams is out for the season. Even with him, Tampa Bay would not figure to beat Indianapolis.

The Colts are favored by 10 points and they are at home. However, they have two of their best offensive players hurt (Addai and Harrison) and probably their best defensive player (Bob Sanders).
I would pick Indy to win, but it might be hard for them to beat the spread without Addai and Harrison.
Cadillac is out for Tampa, but I think Pittman is still a very good running back and he could get 100+ yards of total offense against the Colts.

Common, just because Cadillac Williams is out, doesn't mean the Bucs will loose every game now and Indi also suffer injuries last game. Indi is very tough, special in the dome, but the Bucs D has been very decent last 3 games, besides, Indi almost lost against Texas, so I'm holding with my Bucs and Garcia who seems to be the perfect QB for WC offense.

colts: manning when he gets going there no stopping him. the bucs lost there running game and Jeff needs help. the bus def. is not a big force anymore. the colts offense should have a field day and bob sanders might make some key plays on a predictable bucs offense
