I was just reminiscing with my sister-in-law earlier this evening about junior high, we shared a lot of the same teachers so we had fun talking about all the things we did back then!!

OK this is so "Moms apple pie" compared to some of your other answers but my husband and I were just talking about when we were kids we would get so exited over a Christmas special coming on.The whole family would gather around the T.V. with our snacks and watch the Charlie Brown special and even though it was only half an hour it seemed to be on for hours.These days kids don't care,"I've gotta go have a text fest with so and so,I'll just watch it on DVD later if ever.By the way are you going to get me the new I pod and Cell phone for Christmas or what"?
It seems to me that they are missing out and it makes me sad but I guess they will be fond of their own memories.

My friend and I reminisce about this one time when she was fixing the collar on her low cut blouse and I blurted out "oh, I wasn't looking at your cleavage." I thought she thought I was looking so she flipped her collar! We laugh all the time about it. When ever I tell her about a situation where I was embarrassed she says, "more embarrassed than the time you thought I thought you were looking at my cleavage!" It never gets old!

My grandparents. I wrote two haiku poems about visiting where their farms used to be:
Gnarled trees still shade
Where House once stood. Barn burnt down.
Only I remain.
It’s fallow now,
Grown up to trees, but mem’ry
Sees the farmer plow.

I just answered a question about laughing with my daughter. It made me think of the fun we have together. She's only 14, but she's gonna make a lucky lucky guy one happy camper some day.
