My 13 year old grandson, whom I adopted in 2005 and have been guardian of since he was 4 years old. I have never seen so many friends in my entire lifetime. In our school system, the elementary goes through 5th grade. His 9 year old brother, whom I also adopted, still goes to that school. The 13 yr. old is now in 7th grade and Middle School for the past 2 years now. When the elementary bus stops here still for the 9 year old, the students on that bus still shout out the window for the 13 year old. Our phone starts ringing from 2:45 PM each day until 10 PM each evening, continually. I get to where I don't answer it when he isn't here as it is constantly calls for him from different friends of his. I have become a secretary for him. He is in 7th grade and has at least 6 girls requesting him to be their boyfriend and the latest one is in the 9th grade. Even 4 and 5 year old girls from sports we attend are going up to him saying, "Robert, you are soooooo cool!" :o)
