I get it fer fancy company. Once it's in mason jars, you can't tell the difference.

No, I have never purchased boxed wine myself, but I had some at a friends house and I have to say, this was the first and last time I had it. I'd rather have a glass of ice water.

There are some very good wines in boxes these days. In fact it is a superior way to store wine over a bottle.

When my husband was much younger he and his neighbor used to drink boxed wine because it was very very cheap.
It all depends on what you want the wine to do. If you are looking for something snooty to impress the friends, this is not a good choice. If you want something cheap to feed a crowd that isn't very choosy, go for it.

yes it is great. I don't know if i would serve it to company or at a family gathering. But a an economical view point, it makes cents.....lol
