I'm not sure which one to choose but i prefer to be respected.
Sometimes people liked us just because of silly things that we had done or we own. But we get respected when we've done something great and has given the honoured to be respected.

In most cases if someone likes you i'm sure they respect you as well. If someone respects you I would think it means more than just to simply like you.

I'm not sure which one should I choose but I always know that I'm respected because people liked me first... ^_^
I guess we actually respect people that we liked, true respect doesn't come from force or fear, in my opinion... If I'm wrong, sorry...
