sorry to inform you, fish do not regrow eyes, the loss of the eye could have been caused by a couple of things that you need to be watchful for.
1) aggressive fish, depending on what you have in the tank with your neons could determine if they are going to be a meal for a bigger fish, I would watch your fish to see if another is being overly aggressive, also see what other fish are compatible with neons.
2) Pop-eye, No not the cartoon character. This is a disease that can spread to other fish, the eyes become larger than normal and can eventually pop out of the fish causing loss of sight which can lead to death as they will not be able to 'see' their food. This can be treated with medication and the eye can return to normal size if caught early enough

Hope this helps, also check with your local fish store supplier they can help you further

it fairly is too small. As a newbie you're extra powerful searching for a tank over 70 litres, that's what neons % and grants extra area for blunders as you how you are able to maintain a tank. sidestep Bioorb tanks, very high priced with undesirable filtration, type over substance!

Sorry, hun. Fish cannot regrow an eye. That would be awesome for HUMANS if they lost their eyes in a war or soemthing, but no. Only scales and fins can regenerate. Our liver and skin can regenerate.
