I help repair cars for people that are trying to get on their feet and don't have or cannot afford a car. (Vehicles are bought by a private institution.)

While in the states I belonged to a group called The Flying Dr'.s. Private pilots donated their planes and time to fly us Dentists, Physicians, Optometrists into tiny villages in Mexico that had no means of obtaining health care. It was one of the most fulfilling things I've ever done. Now that I am in Switzerland I donate a few hours a week visiting a retirement home in the village...just to share experiences with those who are interested in sharing.

Well I don't call it volunteer work. I just go help people I know need help, like the single mom who has no car, take her to her doctor appts. and grocery shopping. Then I know a single dad, I do the same for. Take the kids for a weekend to give them a break. I don't sit and count what I do, I just do. I need no reward or recognition for the things I do. I just pray that when I am older, someone will think of me and help me. God Bless.

I love to help out others! I do things for the orphanage here and the homeless people! Either I buy them food or make them stuff. I also make scarves for them! I'm trying to find more ways to volunteer though <3

When my Children were in preschool I would volunteer as much as they would let me. But now they are 20,19,18. So I try to help anywhere else I can.
