Caeser was murdered in a way that no single Senator could be accused of killing him. Knives and daggers of enemies and some he thought of as friends pierced his body in many places and he was left to die, alone.

We learned in class that it was Casca, but I cannot seem to find it in the play. Most likely this came from historical facts rather than the story.
