Easy.

Spin the egg, and while its still spinning, hold it for a while to "stop" it from spinning, then release it.

The hard boiled egg stops spinning completely after released, while the raw egg spins for a bit before really stopping after being released. The reason is in inertia. The raw egg, containing liquid inside, doesn't stop immediately because it is independent of the shell. It continues to spin even if you hold the shell. The moment that you release the egg, the liquid inside causes the egg to spin a bit more.

Spin the egg, then quickly tap with a finger to stop it. A raw egg will continue to slowly rotate because the inside liquid is still rotating (inertia), while a hard boiled egg, being solid clear through, won't.
