The 10th amendment prohibits the federal government from handling anything not specifically outlined for it to handle.
By the Supreme law of the land, only states are allowed to adjudicate abortion issues.
The Supreme court ruling allowing abortion was an illegal maneuver by an unelected group of tyrants posing as Supreme court justices and it does NOT have the force of law. It is enforced under "color of law".

there's a e book titled: The Human existence bill--S. 158 checklist: including extra and minority perspectives to the Committee on the Judiciary, usa Senate. A pattern of this form of testimony given to the committee is this from Dr. Jerome LeJeune, professor of genetics on the college of Descartes in Paris, the discoverer of the chromosome development of Down Syndrome: "after fertilization has taken place a clean person has come into being ... each and everyone has an extremely neat beginning, at concept." The physicians, biologists, and different scientists who testified formerly the committed all agree that concept marks the start of the existence of someone - a being that's alive and is a member of the human species. So the moral argument that a fetus isn't human is organic Liberal fabrication. And if one is to apply the moral argument that killing is faulty, then that's the accountability of the state or enact regulations that sanction the killing of others. So human beings like @Charlie Sheen are incorrect. faith does not enter into the moral splendid and incorrect of killing. that's purely incorrect. that's going to not be accredited with the help of the government at any point be it close by, state or federal.

Laws prohibiting or restricting abortion are unconstitutional. There's nothing for either the federal or state governments to "handle."

No there should just be a popular vote:
yes abortion
or
no to abortion
Government should not be involved.
let the people decide. but then we do not live in a democracy
we live in a republic. and let idiots like bu$h decide for us

I think it needs to be more "community" decided, and should be legislated at the town, city, or county levels. There are plenty of communities that hold certain social values and shouldn't be forced to allow something that they, as a community, don't want.
