what is the difference between g force video cards from different manufactures ex BFG Technologies or EVGA?

They use the same Nvidia graphics processor but they vary the core clock, memory clock, cooler, their bundle and warranty.

the BFG might be overclocked. Some might have a better software bundle. Look at the manafacturers website for more details.
