They are all roughly the same. The Big Mac and Double cheese use 2 of the 10/1 patties. The 1/4 pounder uses one of the patties. The Big Mac and 1/4 pounder are the same price.

A big mac and a double cheeseburger have the same amount of meat, two regular patties of mcburger.

A quarter pounder has one quarter pound patty.

The two regular patties still have less meat than one quarter pounder patty.

I really do think they all contain the same amount of meat. The Big Mac is just big because of all of "the two all beef patties special sauce lettuce cheese pickles onions on a triple stacked bun" The quarter pound-er is only 4 ounces and a lot more expensive than the double cheese burger...not very much meat but compared to the burger in the kids meal it's a whopper! The double cheeseburger is my favorite ...I just don't like the special sauce and extra bread on the Big Mac!!!!!
