Can I put a pipe bumper ona an oldsmobile 88?

Like is there a way to attach it or should I just bang it in with duct tape and glue?

If you want a different bumper then you take off the existing bumper and use the brackets on the frame to mount the new bumper. Might take a little cutting and welding unless you have an after market bumper that was made to fit.
