Your main screen is a LCD and very expensive. Generally when moisture damages the display on a cell phone it is too late. The LCD connects to the main board via a connector and flat ribbon wire, this connector when wet corrodes extensively and the wires are so fine they get brittle and break. A repair facility might be able to clean away the moisture damage but usually there's no hope. I'm sorry they're expensive.

You shouldn't have turned it on immediately. Try keeping the battery out of it for a couple of days and letting it dry out properly. Then try using it again. If it doesn't work then you'll have to get a new phone. I was pushed in the pool with my Razor and I took the battery out and kept it out for 4 days. When I put it back in the phone worked fine for about 3 months and my screen went white.

either you can get a new phone, i dont think that is covered by motorola though, or you can buy a new LCD screen for around $60.00 and then have it installed at most of the cell phone shops or, install it yourself but i dont think that is a smart idea if you arent that much into phones, or know much about them. eBay should have alot of Motorola Razr lcd screens since Razrs are very common

Ah, it relies upon on what telephone business enterprise you have and how undesirable the wear and tear is. I kno that the Tmobile and the ATT telephones have a 1yr warinty on them so in case you may you may bypass to the closest shop and that they are able to change it for you if the water harm is undesirable. If its not that undesirable then purely take the telephone aside and enable it dry out for a mutually as then wipe if sparkling and additionally you are going to be good. :)
