the outcome will be accident. i remember some tapes that have probably been destroyed that showed proof the driver wasn't drunk. that disappeared and they said ( not proved ) that he was terribly drunk. Mr. Al Fayed has every reason to question the accident theory.

I think that whatever the outcome, Diana will not be allowed to rest in peace, and we'll not hear the last of this, for a good while (if at all).
Diana was in a car which was going too fast, without wearing a seat belt. End of story.

I think that a more relevant question would be;
Is this to be the final inquest, that people will accept the verdict and move on? It's been ten years and three inquests, are we to have an inquest every five years? The whole episode has reached pantomime status, she was murdered? Altogether "Oh, no she wasn't......."

I would hope they would call it an accident. I wish Dodi's Dad would accept the fact that Dodi's Driver Henri Paul was drunk and driving at a high rate of speed when he lost control of the car.

That it was an accident. Nothing has been proved otherwise in all these years, so I don´t think there can be new evidence now to state the contrary.

~I think that, in the scheme of things, considering all the problems going on in the world today, the verdict will be insignificant.

It may be involuntary manslaughter on the part of the driver but I highly doubt it was murder. If it was in fact murder, I would be amazed to find out who the culprit is.

that if anyone murdered her it was her driver - he was drunk driving and flying like a bat out of hell. If he was still living they would have charged him with vehicular homicide - so why do they candy coat things because he's dead? He murdered her when he decided to drive after being so drunk - nobody else

Just as they have been saying. She was not pregnant, they were not engaged, the driver was drunk.
