How about doing paper mache? It's really easy. My 3 year old made a bowl for me the other day. All you need is newspaper, glue and water and boom you are set. Here is a great website with tips to get you started. You can also add tissue paper for more color. Have fun!

u can make make a box from the popsicle sticks and put the feather in it to make it look soft and color the outside part too
