Well they have improved quite a bit over the last couple of years - so, I would consider at least looking. To be honest I do not go to the Mall on a regular basis at all. We have a JC Penney outlet upstate and I would prefer to visit there.

Not very often because I think they charge more for the same quality of clothes as some of the other stores.
