What would happen if I do take DHEA, in hope to balance my hormones. I am 20 years old.

it can be changed into sex hormones in other tissues. It has been shown to cause weight loss in rats, but actually increases unhealthy abdominal fat in humans! It tends to become a female hormone in men, and a male hormone in women! It may cause an imbalance in the brain's control of the Adrenal gland with prolonged use. In my opinion no but its totally your decision

you need to have your current levels checked first, at your age, you should be producing all the DHEA your body requires. Too much is just excreted so if you already make what you need you would be wasting your money.
