You have 2 more months to go before you get your strength back, your heart is getting use to pumping blood for two people so it is working extra hard, as far as your chills you are lacking iron, are you taking your prenatal vitamins? eat lots of fruit and veggies, and drink lots of water, good luck and God Bless you...

When I was 9 weeks pregnant I felt tired and got the chills. Turns out I had an infection or virus of some kind. Was sick with fever and diarrhea for several days, but it started with chills and fatigue.

The only way to know is wait and see. Get some rest and that might be the only thing your body needs. Or you might find out you're ill with something.

You could take some extra Vitamin C tonight as insurance.

I had the chills and had the worst morning sickness for the first 3 months. I pretty much only slept because i was so exhausted. I lost about 15 pounds, but everything worked out in the end. Now currently just waiting for this kid to pop out!

Maybe you are just coming down with something, like a cold. Try to relax and keep up on your vitamins.
