I''ve been suffering from terrible bloating and gas, too. I'm 14 weeks pregnant right now.

First of all, try to prevent gas by taking Beano with your meals. It's best to chew the tablets instead of swallowing them. They are all-natural enzymes.

You can also try chewing Papaya Enzyme tablets with your meals or just after. Walgreen's makes this product and it's all-natural and costs just $2.99 a bottle and they are tasty and easy to chew.

If neither works and you still have gas pain, try taking a brisk walk to get things moving. Or lie down with your knees up and gently massage your stomach and abdomen to move the gas through your intestines.

When all else fails, try Gas-X, Phazyme or generic simethicone. They are all considered very safe for pregnancy. In fact, simethicone is frequently given to newborns for gas and colic.

Hi try massaging the area where it hurts or keep moving maybe a little excercise will help. The only other way is to just go and buy some paracetamol from the shop. It will only take a few mins. And if you walk it should ease the pain a little.

My grandmother always swore by walking. She would walk laps around her house when she was feeling the pain. If you get desperate, you are allowed to take Gaviscon or Phazyme, according to my pharmacist anyway. I was desperate last week and had to ask. I'm almost 41 weeks and the way she is sitting is putting a lot of pressure on that area, so you still might need the meds.

Try stayin off milk and milk products. I will send you a link to my favorite natural green-living site. I wil send you the article that talks about milk causing pain and bloating and gives you milk alternatives. I had to get off milk for the same reason as you. I feel soooooo much better an soy milk is yummy. I really like the vanilla soy milk. Almond milk is god to and works great in cereal.
Good luck with your pregnancy

I'm sorry to tell you, but the only thing that has ever helped me is Phayzyme which you can get over the counter. I actually had it so bad one night that I thought I was in labor and went to the hospital.
