It's NOT foreigner - the band is called A3 (or Alabama 3), and the song is called "Woke up this Morning"

Dont Stop Believing - Foreigner (not really the theme song, but the last song that was played)

also was the theme song for the World Series Champion Chicago White Sox in 2005...
