I've heard nothing but good things about it, but I haven't really been interested in watching it. Which is kind of odd because Jodie Foster is one of my favorite actresses and I would usually watch anything she's in without even seeing a preview.

I think it's a great revenge movie with a conscience.
Jodie Foster and Terrence Howard are both fantastic and deserve awards for their parts.
The only bad think I can say is that the movie is almost two hours longs and tends to drag on a little at times.
The ending is a little out of character for the rest of the movie but it's still a great ending and I wouldn't want it to be any other way.
If you like revenge movies or Jodie Foster then I say go for it.

She was cute in "Freaky friday" (the usual) a bit unnerving in "Taxi driver" with Robert Deniro nice in "Accused" heart touching in "Nell" with Liam Neeson hard in "The brave one" and "panic room" gifted in "Anna and the King" but i'm certain she is going to consistently be recognized for her function in "Silence of the lambs" with Anthony Hopkins i'm no longer definite if she is simply supplied her these roles on account that who she is or simply defines the roles for which she plays. Nonetheless, I have no idea of one other actress that has worked with a greater skill of actors residing than Jodie Foster. Nice scripts more often than not entice the simpler actors.
