today at work my eyes became blurry and i couldn't see clearly. it went on for about 30 seconds...?

does anyone know what was going on?

That's happened to me but it was more then 30 seconds....someone told me their doctor said it was a form of a migraine.

In conjunction with other symptoms, this could be a sign of a serious vascular problem.

Look into ocular migraines (not really what it's called, but you'll get results online). They don't hurt but will blur you vision, could last several days.
