Try to take the baby and your self to places ..Like walks in the park ..Go to the library ..Maybe join mothers and child groups ..You could talk to your doctor for advice as well.. Good Luck!

Do you mean post partum depression? if this is the case here is my answer:
I think that it's normal to feel this way after having a baby, talk to someone you trust, look at the positive sides of your life; but if you feel you can't take it, talk to your health care provider. Most of the time post partum depression goes away by it self.

get active, join a mother baby group of some sort, get out of the house and get moving. Activity is the best therapy for post partum depression.

Your doctor can help you best as they know how to take care of this, it is quite normal. Don't feel ashamed it happens.
