If I am eating something that itsn't messy and doesn't get all over my hands, I don't wash them. How about you?

I wash BEFORE I eat and AFTER I use the bathroom. I also wash about every hour because I don't know who or what may have come in contact with common surfaces, like door knobs, grocery carts, telephone handsets and so forth. The best way to avoid infections is simple washing of the hands and not touching your face.

I use fork and knife , so I don't have to wash my hands , but I wash them before I eat .
