Automatic is easier, but manual can be more fun

A manual transmission is one you have to shift the gears depending on how fast/slow you are going yourself. An automatic transmission does that for you so you put the vehicle in drive/reverse, press the gas and go.
A manual transmission is much more fun to drive because you could say its inter-active!

A manual transmission has to be shifted, with a clutch. In an automatic, you only have to put it in gear and drive. It depends on what you call fun.

A stick is atleast 10 times as fun as an automatic. Automatic is easier.

Automatic-pretty much just have a gas and a brake pedal
Manual/Standard shift- you have a clutch a gearshift, gas and brake pedal. The clutch is activated by your feet, the gearshift is activated by your right hand. and the gas and brake is activated by your feet, of course. You usually have about five gears. And of course, the gas and brake pedal is activated by your feet. To shift, let off the gas, and apply the clutch. While the clutch is held in, shift to one gear higher. to shift from neutral, or park, do the same exept let off of the clutch slowly. If you don't then your truck/car will die. So the easiest to operate is the automatic, but the most fun is by far the Manual/ Standard!

a stick is more fun hands down. an auto is boring its just his the pettel in a stick your in controll and it dose what you want it to do.
