Probably, probably not. Celebrities might just have an agent or an assistant do their work, so that they can gain more fame and strengthen their bonds with their fans.
All the celebrities have to do is put a picture of themselves on the profile icon, and just have their agent do it, so what's the point in doing the work when it's so simple to be lazy.

Yes, they do. You can tell if it is really them by seeing if they have an OFFICIAL sign under their name. They are verified by yahoo answers as being who they say they are.
