He's a moron, he can't even complete one sentence without looking down at his notes. There are plenty of other players sitting at home this October that could do a better job.

Because he is on his way out and looking to preemptively start his new career. Oh boy... theres lots of inciteful people who would be better... if he cant speak clearly and niot look down he might be replaced soon...
Any older player, a veteran who has credibility could fill in.
