Do you know the name of this song?

It is a song that is one of those really popular olympics ice skating songs, but it is older. The only way I can think of to describe it is that it has a violin part that is very fast and intense... it's classical music. I want to say it's Russian, but I don't know for sure... any song names? ideas?
