I RETIRED AND INVESTED ALL MY PENSION, 401k WITH A INVESTOR. I FEEL IF THEY REALIZE I DON'T KNOW WHAT I WAS DOING THEY SHOULD INFORMED. THEY WERE THE KEEPER OF MY MONEY.

Did you give your money to an investor for a business? Or did you go to a financial planner to invest your retirement funds?

If you went to a financial planner and they invested your retirement funds, you would have had to sign forms to open an account along with filling out a suitability form informing them of your experience with investing, risk tolerance and such. If they invested you money outside of your risk tolerance then you may be able to do something about it.

Did they take all your money and run with it, or did you lose some in the stock market? Your question if quite vague. If you had a 401k and pension to rollover, you should have had some idea as to what you were doing in the first place.

Good luck

Sometimes, if what they did was clearly intended to defraud you. If they just made bad investment decisions, no.
