my laserjet 3030 keeps jamming whats the problem

Check to see if there is paper jammed in the printer itself (UNPLUG IT FIRST PLEASE).
First start with just one sheet of paper to print. If it jams it sounds like there is something in there.
Slowly pull the paper out...if you go to fast you will have less to work with.
If the one piece goes through ok then you might have to much paper in the dock. Use less and fan it a little.

The Problem Could Be As Simple As Paper Dust On The Rollers, What You Can Do Is Take Some Rubbing Alcohol And Wipe Off The Rollers To Get Them Clean And See If That Makes A Difference

Hi. Check to make sure that there is no shred of paper or dog hair (etc) in the paper path. Also check the feeder wheel. It sometimes get slippery and should not have any gunk on it. Clean with a brush or pencil eraser.
