I've been on birth control for years and I'm still flat.

Ones with estrogen can swell up your boobs temporarily. I was on the pill for 6 years and the only time my boobs got larger at all it was right before my period- for a few days. Even then it wasn't hugely noticeable, half a cup size at most. Now that I'm on the mini-pill (no estrogen) it doesn't seem to happen anymore. In fact one of the side effects listed for the minipill is smaller breasts.

With any form of birth control, there is a chance that you will gain weight which is probably what would cause your breasts to be larger. Other than that, I can't think of why birth control would increase the size of your breasts. Sorry!

They will make your boobs bigger, BUT, your boobs will hurt. BC pills make them sensitive and swollen. And once you stop taking the pills they will go back to what they were before.
