Deuteronomy 23: 12-13 says,
"You shall have a designated area outside the camp to which you shall go. With your utensils you shall have a trowel; when you relieve yourself outside, you shall dig a hole with it and then cover up your excrement."

Julian of Norwich (a woman mystic of 14th century) said,
"A man walks upright, and the food in his body is shut in as if in a well-made purse. When the time of his necessity comes, the purse is opened and then shut again, in most seemly fashion. And it is God who does this, and it is shown when he says that he comes down to us to the lowest part of our need. For he has no contempt of what he has made, nor has he any disdain to serve us at the simplest office that belongs naturally to our body, for love of the soul, that he has made to his own likeness. For as the body is clothed in cloth, and the flesh in skin, and the bones in flesh, and the heart in the chest, so are we soul and body clad in the goodness of God and enclosed."

Not sure I understand your question but I hope this helps.

There are no "facilities" in the plans for the Ark. I do wonder what that fabled ship would smell like after a year and 190 days of normally defecating animals and humans.

I don't know, but I'm pretty sure it would advise against tapping your feet and then putting your hand under the stall wall to an undercover cop to signal him you're "in the mood".

It might be somewhere in Leviticus...
